FIELD: temporary affection of personnel target at noiseless, flameless and smokeless fire from civil self-protection arms.

SUBSTANCE: the cartridge has a cartridge case, primer cap, propelled mass, component forming a nozzle, plug closing the nozzle and providing the opening of the cartridge case cavity at a definite effort, piston-obturator with a spacer installed in interference fit in the inside diameter of the cartridge case, and a ring of elastic material placed in a recess made on the external lateral face of the component upper section forming the nozzle and providing the sealing of the cartridge after expansion of the cartridge case neck into place.

EFFECT: reduced working hours of cartridge manufacture by 25-30 per cent, and enhanced volume of propelled liquid by two times.
