SUBSTANCE: electrical machine designed for operation as dc generator, single-phase or multiphase ac generator, dc motor, single-phase or multiphase ac motor has rotor shaft mounting magnetic field structure, composite commutator, and rolling member. Machine stator accommodates brush holder with brushes, magnetic core with poles, and at least one quadrant holding at least one inductance-coil turn. Magnetic field structure carrying multiturn winding is coupled with composite commutator. In addition proposed electrical machine is provided with automatic tracking and monitoring system.
