METHOD OF TREATING HYDROCARBON GAS FOR TRANSPORTATION Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: gas and oil producing industry, particularly, treatment of hydrocarbon gas with use of low-temperature process; applicable in field and plant treatment of hydrocarbon gases. SUBSTANCE: OPTIMET method of treatment of gas-condensate mixture includes supply of gas from well cluster for three-stage separation, compression and cooling of gas flow, introduction into gas flow of water-soluble volatile hydrating inhibitor, withdrawal from separator of fluid and its separation into hydrocarbon and aqueous phases, direction of water phase into flow of gas coming to one of separation stages, and supply of aqueous phase withdrawn from the third stage separator to heat exchanger of the first separation stage. Aqueous phase withdrawn from the second stage separator is mixed with aqueous phase withdrawn from the first stage of separation, and obtained mixture is supplied to mass-exchange part of desorber-separator installed on gas flow after its compression. Aqueous phase separating in desorber-separator is directed for utilization. Provided also is supply of aqueous phase from the first stage of separation to upper part of mass-transfer section of desorber-separator. Liquid aqueous phase from the second stage of separation is supplied to middle part of mass-transfer section of desorber-separator. EFFECT: reduced consumption of volatile hydrating inhibitor and improved ecological characteristics of plant operation in gas preparation at late stages of operation of gas-condensate deposits with dropping formation pressure. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
