FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying load to piles and determining ultimate resistance of ground at pile foot. Novelty is that stiffness of boring piles is increased by concreting n reinforcing nets in head of each pile and arranging them across sections axially displaced relative to each other; after that dynamic load is applied to pile heads and actual failures are measured; ultimate resistance of ground at pile foot is found from equation given in description of invention. Proposed method provides for raising accuracy of pile test results by 2 times and reducing cost of tests by 1.5 times. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reduced cost of tests. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
