FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, in particular to Larsen-type sheet piling profiles, produced by hot-rolled method and can be used in construction industry. U-shaped sheet pile comprises a base and side flanges adjacent to it with the formation of concave angles between them and located symmetrically relative to the plane perpendicular to the base, locks on free ends. Along the external surface of the pile at the point of transition from the base to the flange there is an external inscribed radius R1, from 12.5 to 30 mm. Adjacent to the sheet flange, the outer circumscribed radius R2 is from 25 to 60 mm. Connecting inscribed radii R1 and R3, external inscribed radius R3 from 80 to 300 mm, adjacent to the base of the tongue, wherein the ratio of radii R1/R2 is not less than 1.5, and R3/R2 is not less than 2.
EFFECT: improvement of soil penetration properties due to creation of maximum contact spot between the pile base and soil.
