FIELD: hole drilling in ice, production of ice bars of various shapes and sizes and for making sculptures. SUBSTANCE: device has heat-conducting body with internal cavity filled with combustible material. Limiting device is installed on body for longitudinal displacement. Body working end is pointed. Combustible material is used in the form of mixture of aluminum dust or aluminum powder with aluminum oxide. Aluminum dust particles are 10-15 mcm in diameter, and aluminum powder particles with 100-250 mcm in diameter at wt.pts ratio of dust or aluminum powder to aluminum oxide from 19: 1 to 6: 1. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced cost of fuel, observed ecology due to absence of toxic substances in fuel combustion. 1 dwg, 2 tbl
