FIELD: method for manufacture of expanded laminated airtight film that ensures a barrier for microorganisms and a barrier for flood and liquids present in the body and in the film proper. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in simultaneous extrusion from the extrusion of at least five-layer film, having structure C:A:B:A:C. Layer B of the core in this structure represents a microporous layer containing at least one pyropolymer and one filler in the form of particles. External layers C represent monolithic layers and consist of hydrophilic polymeric resin, in which the filler in the form of particles is absent. Layers A represent microporous layers of binding agent. After extrusion the film stretching is performed. Stretching produces micropores in the layer of the core and layer of the binding agent. After stretching the film is cut and reeled. EFFECT: improved rate of penetration of wet steam, enhanced tensile, elongation strength and secant modulus. 29 cl, 9 dwg, 7 ex, 23 tbl
