FIELD: heat and refrigeration production for vehicle air conditioners. SUBSTANCE: generator has thermo-junctions connected to power supply. Flat tanks are provided with inner ducts for pumping liquid coolant and are mounted so that they are abutting against flat surfaces of hot junctions to take heat liberated by them. Corrugated metal bands are placed at inlet of air stream being cooled; flat surfaces of cold junctions are ribbed to facilitate take-off of cold released by them. Thermo-junctions, tanks, and corrugated bands are tightly compressed to form integral stack with aid of restricting stops whose height is chosen so as to ensure desired compression forces, elastic strain of corrugated bands, and stiffness of entire compressed structure. Tanks have also through holes between mentioned inner ducts to pass air being cooled to enclosed inner space of generator and further to external pipe connections.
