FIELD: production of polymer composite materials working under conditions of high moisture content, at impact and alternating loads. SUBSTANCE: compound for production of binder for prepregs includes epoxy triphenol resin, low-molecular epoxy dyane resin, high-molecular epoxy dyane resin and curing agents - dicyan diamide and double (N.N′-dimethyl carbamide) diphenylmethane at mass ratio of: (50-60) : (25-35) : (4-10) : (3-4) : (4-6) and solvent (possibly) - mixture of aliphatic alcohol with acetone at mass ratio of 3: 5 in the amount of 0 to 82 parts by mass. Proposed method for production of binder for prepregs consists in mixing the paste prepared beforehand and ground to size of particles of 3 to 5 mkm of mixture of curing agent with part of molten low-molecular epoxy dyane resin followed by combining paste with alloy of remaining part of low-molecular epoxy dyane triphenol resin and high-molecular epoxy dyane resin with the use of solvent, if necessary. Prepreg contains above-mentioned epoxy binder in the amount of 30 to 42 mass-% and fibrous filler in the amount of 58 to 70 mass-%. Articles is produced through molding the prepreg.
