FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of producing high-strength low-flammable composite materials based on reinforcing fillers and a polymeric binder, which can be used for the manufacture of parts and assemblies from polymer composite materials (PCM) monolithic and cellular structures in the aviation industry, in engineering and other technical fields. High-strength epoxy binder composition contains a mixture of epoxy resins, including an epoxy-diane resin, an epoxidized brominated resin, an epoxyimide resin, in combination with a bromine-containing polyhydroxyether, a low molecular weight rubber with terminal carboxyl groups, and also latent hardener of amine type, bis-(N,N'-dimethylcarbamide)-diphenylmethane, sebacic acid polyanhydride and polysulfone at specific ratios of components. When using adhesive epoxy binder of reduced flammability in combination with reinforcing glass and carbon fillers, composite materials with a monolayer thickness of 0.13 to 0.28 mm are obtained, which provide the following properties: heat resistance 80 °C; flame-resistant (AP-25 Appendix F Part I); tensile strength of fiberglass σv ≥1,300 MPa (mean value); tensile strength of carbon fiber σv ≥1,400 MPa (mean value).

EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of a prepreg based on adhesive binder of reduced flammability and glass and carbon fiber based on it while maintaining high mechanical properties while reducing manufacturing operations in the process of manufacturing parts and due to this, reducing the fire hazard of the used materials, the energy intensity of production, the complexity of the work as a whole, while increasing the weight efficiency of the structures made of PCM.
