FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: working tool has casing with movable lower part and immovable upper part. Hoe with cutting edge is mounted on movable part of working tool. Immovable part is rigidly mounted on seeding machine carrier system reducer. Broadcast sowing device is mounted in inoperative zone of hoe-share. Ball-type separator between movable and immovable parts of casing has balls arranged in two rows in horizontal guides. Springs are positioned at front and rear sides of working tool. During cutting of soil layer, nonuniform shear force create vibrations of tine and hoes in conjunction with broadcast device. Ball-type separator allows lower movable tine to be freely moved relative to its immovable part. Springs provide return of hoe to initial position during withdrawal from dense soil layers and entrance into less dense layers. EFFECT: increased efficiency by self-cleaning of tine and hoe from attached weeds and soil particles and improved seed and fertilizer distribution under soil layer. 3 dwg
