SUBSTANCE: product for gerodietary alimentation contains beef and poultry meat, broth, common salt, eggplants, tomato, sweet pepper, onion, carrot, verdure and CO2-extract of biomass of Mortierella polycephala microorganisms. Components has the following ratio by mass: beef, 15-17; poultry meat, 30-33; eggplants, 20-25; tomato, 12-16; sweet pepper, 3-5; onion, 3-5; carrot, 3-5; verdure, 1-1.2; broth, 3-4; common salt, 1.5-2.1; CO2-extract of biomass of Mortierella polycephala microorganisms, 0.08-0.1. EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties; increased storage time and broadened assortment of gerodietary products.
