SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the highly stable liquid formula exhibiting preserving properties of broad action that includes a mixture of dialkanol-substituted dimethylhydantoin, iodopropinyl compound, stabilizing agent taken among hydantoin, urea and their derivatives and hydroxyl-containing solvent. Preferable components are dimethyloldimethylhydantoin, 3-iodo-2-propinyl-butylcarbamate, dimethylhydantoin and glycol solvent. Concentration of total formaldehyde in composition is 5% preferably and concentration of free formaldehyde is less 0.2%. Composition is prepared by successive mixing dialkanol-substituted dimethylhydantoin, stabilizing agent, hydroxyl-containing solvent and iodopropinyl compound. Invention describes also the stabilized iodopropinyl compound containing dimethyl -hydantoin as a stabilizing agent preferably. Composition provide stable preserving properties and can used widely.
