FIELD: microbiological industry, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of culturing microalga based on the strain Chlorella vulgaris IFR N C-111 used in animal husbandry as a fodder supplement. Method involves cultural fluid bottling into capacities, inoculation of suspension with the strain, illumination of cultural fluid in the process of microalga growth and maintaining the required temperature of suspension. Vessels made of clear material are used as capacities and the source of artificial light is used as illumination source. Vessels are placed in distance each of other on tray of frame around the light source. The latter is placed on frame and can be transposed to a tray vertically. Invention provides intensification of microalga growth process using the strain indicated above and preparing stable cell density for definite time. EFFECT: improved method of culturing, intensified process. 1 tbl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
