SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Proposed food enrichment method envisages microalgae live cells addition to the food product. Food product and living cells of microalgae are mixed. Food product is represented by a loose dry food product. Microalgae are represented by plankton strains of chlorella Chlorella vulgaris IGF S-111, Chlorella vulgaris BIN or Chlorella vulgaris GKO, strains Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl IPPAS B-437 or Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geilt. - 835 or strain of stroma Scenedesmus cf. obliquus ACKU 293-04. Living cells of microalgae are used in the form of suspension, thickened suspension, concentrate or diluted water till liquid state of paste. Invention also discloses an enriched food product obtained using said method.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing biological and functional value of loose products for use in food industry.
