FIELD: construction engineering; construction of building walls. SUBSTANCE: building is made as a rule of stone walls and has with ventilated garret rooms and cellars. It has outer and inner walls, ceilings, plenum-exhaust ventilation system; walls are made in the form of skeleton incorporating plenum-exhaust ventilation ducts; walls are vapor permeable; outer walls are provided with warmth-keeping jackets and outer finish. Wall ducts are vertical, closed on top near outer walls, and communicate with lower ventilated section of building; inner wall is open only on top and communicates with upper ventilated section of building. Wall skeleton is isolated from warmth-keeping jackets by vapor-permeable material. EFFECT: simplified design of ventilating system; improved comfort. 1 dwg
