SUBSTANCE: building has walls, ceilings, plenum-exhaust ventilation system; walls are made in the form of frame with air ducts; external walls of building are vapor permeable and provided with warmth- keeping jacket and outer finish isolated from frame by vapor-permeable material; wall ducts are vertical; horizontal duct is formed by fold of vapor permeable material between the latter and frame and communicates with outdoor atmosphere; openings made in frame walls level with horizontal duct communicate with vertical ducts.
