FIELD: electric measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: gear has closed chamber with heater arranged in its walls, cover, electrode system that includes measurement electrode made in the form of plate, high- voltage electrode coming in the form of two plates, electric discharger placed in chamber above level of tested liquid and connected to generator of high-voltage pulses, temperature-sensitive element, temperature indicator. Gear also includes indicator of loss tangent of dielectric which control input is connected to first of two outputs of temperature indicator. Cover of chamber carries exhaust valve with flash detector and protective enclosure with ventilation holes on which support and micromotor are mounted. The latter is placed on insulation spacer.
