SUBSTANCE: device comprises source of AC power, high-voltage transformer, unit for control of conductivity current of dielectric liquid, cylindrical metallic vessel provided with the convex bottom, insulating support, electrode shaped into a spiral, draining device for cleaned liquid composed of insulating pipe mounted inside the cylinder, pipe provided with a valve, and unit for discharging contaminated liquid composed of pipe with valve that underlies the bottom at the center of the cylinder.
