FIELD: construction of high-efficiency automatic systems to test and sort out radio parts.

SUBSTANCE: device determining parameters of complex impedance has source of sinusoidal signals, which first output terminal is connected to common bus and is first terminal for connection of measured complex impedance, two-channel measurement circuit, active load which first output is connected to common point of connection of second output terminal of source of sinusoidal signals and first channel of measurement system and another lead is connected to common point of connection of second channel of measurement circuit and second terminal for connection of measured complex impedance. Measurement circuit includes measurement-computation block, storage and indication unit.

EFFECT: enhanced precision of measurement when voltage of various frequencies is applied, widened functional potential of device.
