Composition is made as capsule including spheroids containing venlafaxine hydrochloride, microcrystalline cellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Invention relates to also film coating for particles containing ethylcellulose with 44.0-51.0% of ethoxy-groups and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose with 28.0-30.0% of methoxy-groups and 7.0-12% of hydroxypropoxy-groups. Composition provides the improved control of blood plasma drug levels as compared with usual tableted compositions being the latters must be intaken twice or more per a day.
