FIELD: production of mechanical rubber goods, in particular, V-belts. SUBSTANCE: the mould for manufacture of V-belts, mainly gear ones, has rigid and fixed body and cover installed with formation of a shaping cavity. The latter accommodates the molding members. Some molding members are designed for molding of the tooth transverse form and are fixed relative to the body. The other molding member are designed for molding of the belt inner surface and made movable relative to the body and for engagement with the engageable surfaces and molding members of the tooth transverse form with formation of a planar wedged pair. The mould has a detachable taper bush installed in a guide. The guide is mounted in the mould body for axial movement and passed through the hole made in the cover. Every second molding member is integrated with the detachable taper bush. The molding members that are not integrated with the latter are made in the form of sectors truncated in radius. The mould provides for manufacture of V-bets with the minimum total and residual elongations since the belt vulcanization occurs at a cord layer stretched by designed quantities, and molding of the belt teeth occurs at the moment of vulcanization with preservation of the wrapping layer. EFFECT: enhanced durability of the V-belt. 2 dwg
