FIELD: production of rubberized-cloth articles. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method of manufacture of rubberized-cloth conveyor belts with chemical fiber-based cloth carcass blank of conveyor belt is assembled from carcass and technical cloth traction linings, conveyor belt blank is stretched before vulcanization, in process of vulcanization and after vulcanization and then conveyor belt blanks is cooled after vulcanization. Conveyor belt blank is stretched in process of vulcanization and after vulcanization to relative elongation whose absolute value should be not less than value of thermal shrinkage of traction lining. Stretching in process of vulcanization is carried out after heating of conveyor belt blank to temperature higher than chemical fiber glass transition temperature of traction linings. After vulcanization blank is cooled to glass transition temperature of traction lining cloth chemical fibers. EFFECT: reduced consumption of materials used in making of conveyor belts, improved performance characteristics of conveyor belts.
