SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel injection equipment. proposed valve-type nozzle for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines designed mainly for direct injection of fuel into engine combustion chamber has coil, core serving as inner pole and at least partially enclosed by coil in which inner longitudinal hole is made being part of fuel flow passage, and armature. Core is made of magnetically soft powder composite. Special devices are provided to enclose core in case sealed relative to sections of fuel passage to prevent wetting of core with fuel. Core can be made up of several sectors forming a round ring, when assembled. Sectors are made of ferrite-free material and are electrically insulated from each other. EFFECT: reduced to minimum eddy currents in magnetic circuit, time of operation of valvetype nozzle, improved linear characteristics, simplified design and improved reliability in operation. 27 cl, 6 dwg
