FIELD: ventilation and air- conditioning systems, transportation of media; protection against abrasive dust. SUBSTANCE: pipe line has wall made from band with thermoplastic material spirally wound together with reinforcing member and fastened by means of welding; wall is made from two bands wound spirally together with reinforcing member located between them overlapping the joint or clearance between turns; each band is provided with thermoplastic material on side directed towards other band. Proposed method includes winding two bands on mandrel; each band has thermoplastic material on one of sides positioning these bands one above other by sides having thermoplastic material; fastening the bands is effected by welding the thermoplastic material. Provision is made for manufacture of corrugated pipe line which is achieved through molding the spiral groove on pipe line wall. EFFECT: reduced mass and low cost. 26 cl, 7 dwg
