SUBSTANCE: method comprises winding the belt on the cantilever mandrel with overlapping the edges of adjacent belt turns, applying a layer of material capable to provide a nondetachable junction, interconnecting the adjacent turns of the belt by means of affecting the material to form the hose of the air duct, and removing the hose from the mandrel. The device comprises first base secured to the support, freely mounted second base, cross-piece for interconnecting the bases, and shafts interposed between the bases.
