FIELD: heating devices used for room heating. SUBSTANCE: radiator includes radiating members formed of interconnected plates. Each radiating member has at least one zone of its surface, external with respect to central part with wall thickness equal to thickness of plates. According to the second version of invention, each radiating member narrows upward. Method of radiator manufacture includes formation of plates, their welding and machining of the first plate external surface only. EFFECT: excluded additional operations in manufacture of radiator members, reduced weight of radiator and increased its efficiency; improved external surface. 23 cl, 23 dwg
