FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to room air conditioning device. A heat pump unit containing a housing, heat pump modules with Peltier elements, a compressor for forced suction of air through the first hole, which guides the air to the heat pump modules, and for air blow-out through the second hole, and an inlet hole and an outlet hole for connection of the heat pump modules to a circulation circuit of heat-transfer fluid medium; with that, the heat pump modules take heat energy, by supplying electrical power in a heating mode, from fluid medium and supply it to the flowing air, and when in a cooling mode, they take heat energy from the flowing air and supply it to the fluid medium, with that, the housing has the front plate acting as a radiating plate, and at least one Peltier element of at least one heat pump module is connected to the radiation plate so that when in the heating mode, at least some part of the heat generated by this Peltier element can be radiated as heat radiation directly to the tempered room.
EFFECT: invention allows, at considerably low temperatures of initial start of a central heating appliance, achieving comfortable climate of rooms without requiring any heat transfer for such large area.
