FIELD: food engineering.
SUBSTANCE: coffee beverage preparing machine has coffee powder receiving device and liquid feeding device for feeding of liquid in order to produce coffee beverage. Both of said devices are positioned for reciprocation and connection so as to define coffee powder infusion chamber. Container is detachably attached to said machine. Coffee beverage preparing machine has water or liquid cut-off valve formed as hollow body having at least first and second spaces communicating with outer part and equipped with piston connectable upon sliding with inner part to define, in conjunction with said body, at least four chambers through which chambers steam or liquid may be alternatively directed. Liquid feeding device is connected to boiler so as to be heated by heat released from boiler.
EFFECT: simplified operation of machine and improved quality of beverage produced using this machine.
