FIELD: test and recording of moments when propulsion plants and vehicles achieve programmed speed. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes tachogenerator, reference RC four- terminal network and electronically controlled relay stage, two transistor amplification stages, two diode rectifying bridges. Electronically controlled relay stage is based on inverse-following transistor circuit which uses double winding polarized relay in the capacity of terminating load. Reference four-terminal network comes in the form of pair of dividers of CR and RC type connected in series which resistive elements present twin potentiometer. Four-terminal network is placed between first and second transistor amplification stages. EFFECT: enhanced operational stability, possibility of wide smooth adjustment of selective effect without any damage to resonance sensitive system, provision for increasing functioning stability of device as its selectivity grows. 1 dwg
