SUBSTANCE: gear includes two-winding tachogenerator 1 which winding 2 is connected to signal input of amplifier 3, two-position switch 5, detector 10 and stabilizer 11 of rectified voltage coupled to winding 9 of tachogenerator. Given gear is supplemented with second amplifier 6, magnetic recording-reading head 8 and erasing head 20 coupled to output of erasing voltage generator 19, motor 13 of electric drive kinematically coupled to tape-pulling system incorporating pair of main pulleys 14, 15 and group of guiding columns 16 and auxiliary rollers 17 forming pulling mechanism of magnetic medium manufactured in the form of closed magnetic ring.
