FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has handle and rod. The rod is telescopically movably mounted in the handle. The handle is oval tube which crosssection matches diametric cross-section of the lens to be implanted. Tube ends have slit and supporting flange. The slit matches the rod pusher dimensions. The rod cross-section matching handle cross-section and ends having supporting flange and another pusher designed as flat spring. The spring curvature matches implanted lens curvature inclined inside the handle in unloaded state. Spring for returning the device in the initial position is placed between supporting flanges of the handle and rod. Clamp designed as wire spring with protrusion and hole for placing the protrusion is attached to the rod. EFFECT: simplified design; reduced risk of traumatic complications; accelerated operation. 3 cl, 3 dwg
