FIELD: crude oil treatment. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary breaking of emulsion in terminal phase splitter, taking out of oil, gas, and water therefrom, and feeding them by distinct flows into separator followed by separation. From terminal phase splitter, intermediate layer is withdrawn and introduced into autonomous mass-exchange section of section drop-former together with heat carrier and then transferred through coalescence section into deep dehydration unit. Immediately before introducing intermediate layer into mass-exchange section, intermediate layer receives hot water issued out of dehydration unit in amounts 20 to 40%. EFFECT: increased productivity of separation block. 1 dwg
