SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in design of elements of protection in addition to other elements of protection and of procedure of control over documents with specified elements of protection which make it impossible for forger to concentrate his efforts on elements of protection subject to control on basis of knowledge of functioning control procedures and devices and to manufacture forged documents so resembling originals that they can not be recognized by testing devices. Approach with design of elements of protection of documents provides for creation of new symbol oriented mainly not on visual control but on procedure of control. Said functional symbol presents combination of current-conducting and insulating structures which can have same or different values, lie in one or different planes, have same or different conduction and are manufactured of metallized structures and/or current-conducting dyes or printing inks.
