According to proposed invention tear-off tape used for packing is pulled or stretched in longitudinal direction along left-hand side, and/or right-hand side, and/or upper side, and/or lower side before connecting with sealing film of package to be used as coding means. Number of waves, and/or radii, and/or height of waves of tear-off tape after tearing off are considered as coded information. According to one of modifications, tear-off tape is perforated which is also means of coding. According to other modification, coding of information in tear-off tape is provided by protective elements with optical properties consisting of at least one component of specific paint, one diffraction structure and/or one metallizing coating. Invention is aimed at creating package with tear-off device providing possibility of determination of authenticity of packed articles at opening of package.
