FIELD: falsification protection. SUBSTANCE: invention provides conducting characteristic substance in the form of conducting polymer for introduction into paper sheet of documents, securities, bank notes, etc. to create therein imbedded protection elements or to combine with substrate material for manufacturing protection elements. Characteristic substance represents polyethylene-dioxythiophene- polystyrene-sulfonate, which may contain additional substance, in particular visually perceived pigment, optically active or activation-subjected pigment, or pigment possessing magnetic properties. Characteristic substance is located in watermark in image stamping region or above the latter being locally or uniformly distributed in or on paper sheet, and can be connected with protection element film subjected to be introduced into paper sheet.
