SUBSTANCE: method is used to provide for optimizing system variables including display information, frame error and AGC power, limitation of acquisition data throughput by varying size of hard disk. Mobile station saves pilot signals transmitted through television broadcasting systems to buffer according to receive time interval. For example, size of page window is 100 ms; mobile station indicates direction of paging and executes paging of pilot signals saved during 0-100 ms.
