FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making intestine intubation with probe. Commissural process is potentiated between the intestinal loops. To do it, chemical and mechanical desquamation of mesocolon peritoneal cover mesothelium is carried out. Epsiloaminocaproic acid solution is introduced through micro-irrigators at a dose of 20-25 ml 3 times a day during the first two days in the postoperative period.
