FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating the abdominal cavity with solutions introduced into canals and bursae through microirrigator units. A microirrigator unit is introduced into the greater omentum from the bursa omentalis cavity and a cavity is formed in the greater omentum by applying blunt exfoliation of the second and the third sheet of the embryo peritoneum. The microirrigator unit is pushed into the cavity. Lymph stimulation agents are introduced through the unit.
