SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and may be used for prevention of developing postoperative abdominal adhesion process. The abdominal cavity organs are treated manually and/or by means of an instrument designed to move the abdominal cavity organs from their common places and with respect to each other in order to prevent adhesions of abdominal layers covering the abdominal cavity organs. The method is started to be used in the early postoperative period before the adhesions every day till the patient's complete activation. The treatment is aided by single anaesthesia. The first stage is performed on the first-second postoperative day and involves 1 to 3 procedures a day; the second stage is performed on the second-third postoperative day and involves 1 to 2 procedures a day; and the third day is started from the third-fourth postoperative day once a day. The procedure consists of two or more exercises.

EFFECT: method provides improving the effectiveness of preventing the adhesion process, reducing risk of recurrent surgical interventions.
