FIELD: abdominal surgery. SUBSTANCE: after performing repeated laparotomy, abdominal cavity is cleansed by rinsing with antibiotics. Lymph stimulation is performed to enhance production of lymph in liver. For that, hemodimotant is introduced through recanalized umbilical vein. In this case, omentum is recanalized to form canal between the second and third leaflets of embryonic peritoneum. Peritoneosorption is then carried out with granules of Shivyrptuin saturated with sodium hypochlorite at 3:1 ratio. This sorbent is suspended in synthetic cloth mesh container. EFFECT: enhanced sorption efficiency. 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 2 ex
