FIELD: medical equipment; applicable in conservative treatment of femur congenital dislocation in babies since the first days from their birth until six-month age. SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention consists in that correcting cushions of splint pelvic belt for treatment of femur congenital dislocation are spaced at a distance selected from conditions of maximum required increased size of width. In this case, correcting cushions are interconnected by limiting strip whose internal side and internal narrow faces of cushions form hollow for installation of changeable inserts. Orthopedic splint has a set of changeable inserts, system of fasteners of sticker type, system of cord belts with adjustment of their length and position on baby body. EFFECT: provided adjustment of distance between correcting cushions of pelvic belt depending on treatment term, conform in use of splint with preserved accuracy of installation of femur in cotyloid cavity and reliable fixing of splint to baby body. 9 cl, 9 dwg
