FIELD: personal effects.
SUBSTANCE: pillow contains flat base (1) with one recess along the whole transversal axis of the pillow, holster (2) located along the front elongated end of the pillow and having the top surface (3), copying the anatomic structure of neck-breast part of a user. The holster is made as a flexible tongue where top (3) and bottom (4) surfaces are parallel in its middle portion and having thickness from 4 to 6 cm, two times less than the length of the tongue. The ratio of middle tongue portion thickness dimension to the height of the front end of the pillow and to the base length constitutes respectively 1:3:7. The top surface (3) of the tongue gradually slopes at an angle of 35-45° to the pillow base plane and transforms into a top surface of the pillow, creating a recess along the whole transverse axis of the pillow, exceeding the dimension of the thickness in the middle portion of the tongue two times. The raised surface of the end represents counterweight and goes up to the top end of the back side of the pillow, the height of which is bigger than the height of the pillow front end. If fit with a fixing element, the top surface of the pillow can be horizontally elongated from the bottom point of the recess.
EFFECT: to provide an optimal physiological position of a user's spine during sleep and rest.
