FIELD: grinding equipment. SUBSTANCE: grinder-mixer for food products has hopper, working chamber incorporating unit composed of stationary cutter and rotational knife mounted on drive shaft. Centrifugal pump impeller and rotational knife are arranged on single shaft. Impeller is positioned under rotational knife and communicated with circulation loop including pipeline system and locking and distributing fittings.
