FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has disperser for grinding wetted soya beans and obtaining aqueous suspension, device for barohydrothermal treatment of aqueous suspension, steam generator and squeezing press. Disperser is formed as hopper equipped at its lower part with grinding unit having drive shaft. Rotary knife and centrifugal pump impeller are mounted on drive shaft. Centrifugal pump is adapted for supplying aqueous suspension through pipeline to barohydrothermal treatment device. Apparatus may be equipped with at least one additional barohydrothermal device, which may be mounted for alternate switching of mentioned barohydrothermal devices to disperser.
