Proposed device has check element in form of electronic switch identifying preset memory code at its input from infrared or radio wave. Electronic switch output is connected with terminal control element in form of electromagnet. Check element and terminal control element are installed and enclosed in common case constantly connected to gearbox housing. Moreover, terminal control element is connected to gearbox interlock.
