FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: flat horizontal lifting plane 2 mounted on casing 1 is used for creating lift force F; upper rotor 6 and lower rotor 7 which horizontal blades 8 are located in center 0 of lifting plane 2; closed space 4 formed under these rotors is separated from outside space by revolving blades and upper surface of plane 2. Rotors are set in rotation in opposite direction relative to each other, thus entrapping air in radial direction from center 0 of plane 2. Horizontal air flow 3 gets in contact with plane 2 in peripheral portion only. Revolving blades of rotors 6 and 7 downward air flow 5 above plane 2. Flying vehicle has transmission for transmission of torques equal in absolute magnitude and opposite in direction to both rotors 6 and 7.
