SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel metallocene compound characterized by the formula (I) where R¹, R², R³, R⁴ can be similar or different and mean hydrogen atoms or C₁-C₂₀-alkyl, C₆-C₂₀-aryl groups that can have silicon atoms being R³ is distinct from R³ and from hydrogen atom and R¹ and R² of the same cyclopentadiene ring are able to form a ring having from 5 to 8 carbon atoms; R⁵ means hydrogen atom or the group -CHR⁹R¹⁰; R⁶ means C₆-C₂₀-aryl radical or the group -CHR⁹R¹⁰; R⁷, R⁸, R⁹, R¹⁰ mean hydrogen atoms; M is a transient metal atom of IV group of Periodic element system; X can be similar or different and mean halogen atoms; if substitutes R¹, R², R⁴ are hydrogen atoms and substitutes R⁵, R⁶ are methyl groups then substitutes R³ are distinct from isopropyl or tert-butyl groups.
