FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalysts on a carrier for olefin polymerization which have the following components: (A) porous organic carrier having functional groups with active hydrogen atoms; (B) at least one organometallic aluminium compound containing at least one heteroatom taken from oxygen, nitrogen or sulfur atom, and (C) at least one compound of the transient metal taken from metals of the group IVb, Vb or VIb of Periodic element system that involves at least one ligand of cyclopentadienyl type. The indicated catalysts are produced as spherical particles that can be used in reactions of olefins polymerization being in both liquid and gaseous phase and ensures to obtain polymers of the controlled morphology and high volume density.
