SUBSTANCE: invention relates to class of heterocyclic metallocenes and catalytic system comprising thereof and to method of polymerization of attaching polymerizing monomers using indicated catalytic system. Indicated heterocyclic metallocenes correspond to the formula (I): where Y means coordinating group comprising central radical with six π-electrons, directly coordinating Me in which one or some rings are condensed that comprise at least one heteroatom taking among S but it does not carbon atom; R″ means bivalent bridge bond between group Y and Z; Z means coordinating group having the same values as Y; and Me means transient metal of group 3, 4, 5, 6; Q means halogen atom or linear or branched C₁-C₆-alkyl; P means counterion; i = 0 or 1; j = 1-3; jj = 0-2; k = 1-3; and l = 0-2.
